
About Our Program
The summer camp at The Cellar Gym is built around promoting a healthy body and mind through martial arts & leadership instruction.
Students can pick from a variety of camp options including half day, full day, one week or they can dive in for the whole summer of martial arts training. Each day will consist of martial arts classes, fitness focused games, eating healthy snack options and making lifelong friendships.
New this year: We will be adding weekly field trips to nature centers, zoos and water parks as an added bonus!
Students will not only have a GREAT summer but they will also learn skills that they can carry with them far beyond the walls of the camp.
Muay Thai

Muay Thai training will develop focus, discipline and confidence through teaching blocks, strikes and other self-defense techniques. Required gear: Boxing gloves
Jiu Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu will provide kids with more confidence by teaching them the fundamentals of ground self-defense, body coordination and control. Required gear: Gi & Belt
Field Trips

New this year: Each week we will be bringing the students on a field trip picked from a list of varying locations including: water parks, zoos, nature centers and more!
Leadership Activities

Each day in camp, we will strengthen your child's body and mind. Students will participate in strength training exercises and games as well as learn to lead their peers.
How It Works?
Students ages 5-11 years old can register for half-day, full-day, one week, one month (4 weeks) or the whole summer!
After you have had a chance to look over all that our program has to offer, you may be wondering what to do next? Give us a call of fill out the form above to set up a time to tour or facility, go over program options and ask any questions that you may have! Once you decide on the best option for your family, click on the “Register Now” button and secure your child’s spot.
Once you register, a staff member will contact you to schedule a time for you to complete a waiver and all other necessary paperwork prior to your child’s first day. Tuition can be billed weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or PIF.

Frequently Asked Questions
Snacks will be provided but each student should bring a bagged lunch and water for each day. Students should wear comfortable and clean clothes to move in each day (shorts and t-shirt).
Students are also required to have a Gi for the Jiu Jitsu days and appropriate safety gear for Muay Thai days. Register for at least 4 weeks and get a FREE uniform!
